The short version:
Her Life Hub does not require an account, does not show ads, and does not collect, sell or share your personal information. Everything you add is saved on your own device.
Who we are
Her Life Hub ("we," "us") is an app made by Christina Dix to help moms and busy women organize family life. If you have a question about this policy, email hello@theherlifehub.com.
Information you add to the app
You may add things like to-dos, appointments, bills, birthdays, family member names and details, school notes, meal plans, shopping lists, workouts, notes and progress photos. This information:
- is stored only on your device, inside the app;
- is not sent to us or to any server we run;
- is not used for advertising, sold or shared with anyone;
- is deleted if you delete the app, or when you choose Erase all in Settings.
Because your information lives only on your device, we cannot see it, recover it or restore it for you.
Reminders and notifications
If you allow notifications, Her Life Hub schedules reminders on your device. These reminders are created and delivered by your phone. The content of your reminders is not sent to us.
Photos
If you choose to add a progress photo, the app asks for permission to access your photo library. Only the photos you pick are used, and they are saved inside the app on your device. We never receive them.
Talking to the app
When you use your keyboard's microphone to dictate a brain dump, that feature is provided by Apple, not by Her Life Hub, and is covered by Apple's privacy policy. Her Life Hub only receives the finished text.
Information we do not collect
We do not collect your name, email, location, contacts, health data, browsing history, or any identifiers for tracking. The app does not include advertising or third-party analytics.
Apple
When you download the app, Apple processes your purchase and may share anonymous app statistics and crash reports with us, if you have agreed to share them in your iPhone's settings. These do not identify you. Apple's handling of your information is covered by Apple's own privacy policy.
App updates
The app may check for updates so you get fixes quickly. This check does not include any of the information you've added to the app.
When you contact us
If you email us or use the form on our Support page, we receive your name, email address and message. We use them only to answer you, and we do not add you to a mailing list or share your information.
Children
Her Life Hub is made for parents and adults. It is not directed to children under 13. Information about your children that you choose to add stays on your device and is never collected by us.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the app handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also let you know in the app.
