Common questions
How do I brain dump by talking?
Open Brain dump and tap the pink microphone. Your keyboard opens; tap the microphone at the bottom of the keyboard and just start talking. Your words appear in the box. Then tap Sort it for me.
Why didn't I get a reminder?
Make sure notifications are allowed: open your iPhone Settings, tap Notifications, then Her Life Hub, and turn on Allow Notifications. Also check Quiet hours in the app's Settings and any Focus mode on your phone. Open the app every few days so your daily overviews stay scheduled.
How do I add my kids or family?
Go to the Family tab and tap the + at the top. Add their name, birthday, grade, school and teacher. Each person gets their own color.
How do I make my own category?
Open Settings, then Categories, and tap + New category. Add words that mean that category, and Brain dump will sort matching thoughts into it automatically.
Where is my information stored?
Everything stays on your phone. There's no account, and nothing is sent to our servers. Because of that, deleting the app also deletes your information. See our Privacy Policy.
Is Her Life Hub on Android?
Not yet. Her Life Hub is launching on iPhone first, with Android planned for later.
